BREAKING! ZIMMY ARREST DOCUMENTS!

Police hear breaking glass there, follow her driving from his parent's home with her lights off, they drive back over there and find a broken bottle and they believed her? Something seems rather fishy here.

Story here:

Police have released new information on George Zimmerman's arrest for aggravated assault Friday night after he allegedly threw a wine bottle at his girlfriend days earlier.
According to an arrest report released Monday by Lake Mary police, the incident happened on Monday, Jan. 5. Officers on patrol near Zimmerman's parents' home heard glass break, and then saw a vehicle drive away from the home without its headlights turned on.
After officers stopped the vehicle, they said the driver told them she had just been in domestic altercation with George Zimmerman, who had just thrown a glass wine bottle at her and broke her cell phone.

The unidentified woman told police she had been living with Zimmerman for the last few months, and they had been in an intimate relationship. Police said the woman added she did not wish to be involved in their investigation, and stated she was only Zimmerman's roommate.

Police said they found the broken wine bottle in the driveway of the home, and made multiple attempts to contact Zimmerman at the residence and by phone.
It wasn't until Friday that police successfully made contact with Zimmerman at the home. According to police, Zimmerman told them he was in a romantic relationship with the victim, but denied her allegations against him.

why do you and luddy care about this asshole?....

The last girlfriend did the same thing. She had made the story up. This sounds like the same situation.

There is the broken glass bottle and that the girlfriend was there at that location when the police heard the glass break.
Who's to say she didn't break the bottle herself?

Did they SEE the glass break or who broke it?

It backs her story and is unlikely a fabrication.
Why? Isn't it just as likely that she tossed the bottle herself?

And she broke her own phone too?
Drunk on wine.... who knows. Her word against his.

If she had been drunk the police would have arrested her for DUI or at least done a test. No she wasn't drunk.

I don't know what is needed for a domestic conviction not having learned about any of them, but it sounds like her word deserves serious consideration plus the unlikelihood that she would break her own phone and immediately be able to make up the whole story. It is way too much of a stretch.

so if she didnt want to be involved why was he arrested....... ...hell Hilly could have been arrested on similar many times

Seriously? You've got your girlfriends mixed up. This one threw George under the bus during a routine traffic stop.

I don't know how routine it was since the police heard the glass breaking and saw her leaving and stopped her at or near the scene to investigate what happened.

No, they stopped her because it was night and she didn't have her lights on.

How common is it that police officers wait 4 days to arrest someone who they think is violent?

The police are right there and hear the glass break and see the car drive off, but that wasn't the primary reason they stopped her? Where does it say they stopped her because of her not having her lights on? It just states she did not have her lights on.

"Officer Langworthy and PFC Snider were on patrol in the area at that time and observed a female getting into a car at that residence. Their attention was drawn to that location further by hearing the sound of glass break, and seeing the Victim drive away from the residence without headlights on (at night). Upon making contact with the Victim they learned that the Victim was just involved in a disturbance at that residence with Defendant George Zimmerman."

So now my question is, why didn't they head on over and arrest him then? Why did they wait so long?

Does your marine training tell you that? How many years were you part of "THE FIGHTING FILE CLERKS" ? I heard they saw a lot of action.......you know........filling out forms and such.

Now now Fifi.....you shouldn't still be all butthurt from that little head biff I gave ya....was it the part about you being dyed pink or the rhinestone collar from Walmart? :itsok:

Not unless she was driving erratically....no probable cause.

If she had been drinking, they would have smelled it. Smelling alcohol on a driver's breath is probable cause for an arrest or test. You are talking about probable cause to pull someone over.

I believe I know what I was talking about....yeah, probable cause to pull her over for drinking....if they had no reason to pull her over, they had no probable cause and she beats the DUI.

So some click breaks a wine bottle and leaves the scene with her headlights off.

Must have been drunk.

She accuses Zimmerman of throwing it at her but he's not home.

Yeah, this story is believable.

Apparently the Lake Mary Police Department made the decision to charge George Zimmerman despite the non-existence of an actual cooperating victim. The LMPD went to rather extraordinary lengths in order to generate an arrest. Six police officers, two detectives etc. all on a mission to identify how a bottle of wine was broken on a driveway. Maybe, the police are getting alarmed at the frequent and repetitive violent nature of Zimmerman's behavior and are saying enough is enough.
