None of the top 25 are from africa or S America, except brazil. America leads in raw numbers of smarties but we are well down the list in %age thanks to all the non-whites dragging us down.

Which country has the largest stock of brilliant people? The answer to this question depends in part on raw brainpower, but also on the size of a country.

Yup - the evidence that blacks and hispanics are dumb just keeps growing. Everyone knows it but no one is allowed to say it.

The countries are ordered by the raw amount, which is misleading since it gives higher populations an obvious advantage.

Let's reorder that using percentages:

What do you mean, "not in the top half"? Do you mean not in the top half of the top 25? I don't see a single African continent country listed, and only one South American continent country is listed. The middle east is lacking as well.

yes, I meant the top half of the Top 25

heck, it doesn't list the other countries at all, so we can't even be sure what they got in the first place

Oh wait, they were testing 15 year old kids. The US currently has the most brain power amongst 15 year old kids. Laziness of the US could change that by the time they reach adulthood. :)

The article does mention China, the most populous country, but says nothing about the second most populous country, India.

India didn't participate.

Participating countries/economies - Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development

They didn't actually join the program till 2010.

Republicans see this and think it's just awful. They think education is for snobs and even though the rest of the world is trying to send their children to this country for schooling, they think "home schooling" is better. And we know what they think about the "elites".

How do we know? Simple. They tell us.

I beg to Differ the non whites have had the whites chasing there tail for years..That's pretty smart don't you think. LBJ biggest do gooder, guilt ridden fool of all time and its been down hill for whites ever since.

I recently moved from the big Apple to the Country, and the main thing I looked for in a new address was the lack of non whites I for one have had enough.
I will not live long enough for the non whites to come here and mess this place up.

Can't beat them in my life time and I sure will not join them.

There is a lot of smart people coming out of India these days.

Did you write the sentence that way as a joke?
