Like I've already said,the back bay fisheries on the Gulf Coast suffer greatly when there is a lack of rain because the salt levels get to high.
I wouldnt imagine this would be any different,in fact it would be worse since it would be a constant flow of high salinity brine.

Boom, when the water runs out, only legal citizens allowed in, and within a month, the California water shortage is solved. Bet the vote for President would be much closer too in California.
