Just because they don’t meet “proficiency “ standard doesn’t mean they are “unable “ to read or do math.

Yeah, sure. States have pretty low standards so that their students largely pass. If they aren't deemed proficient in reading or math, yes, they may be able to read "cat" and add 2+2, but they fail to be proficient enough in that grade by even the states low standards to move onto the next grade and grasp all of that. So by the time they complete high-school, the cumulative effect is that they have an IQ of about 70-90.

Perfect for being a democrat.

I have never seen so many democrats fleeing the party as now under Harris.
