Can a 16-year-old girl adopt a baby?

I got it fine. She would never be suitable to any adoption agancy or family court to adopt a baby to raise, yet if she got carried away by a the charms of the moment with a 16 year old boy, or was held down and brutally raped, the court would be fine with making her carry that baby to term, no matter what it did to her life, her parents lives, the dumb ass boy or anybody else, because what the right wing male politicians vote in the legislature is what goes, whether it is always right or wrong. The 16 year old girl is just f#cked and she going to stay f#cked or the state is going to f#uck her or somebody in court. If raped, she is raped again by the state. Is the point being made.

1. Carry to term is not the same as raise.

2. 16 year old girls should be raised to be able to resist the charms of 16 year old boys. In my experience, 16 year old girls have that ability in spades. So....

Just say no didn't work with drugs and it doesn't work for sex either

Then why are there so many children in foster care if all these babies are adopted?
Why don't all these anti abortion women volunteer to have embryos from women who would get an abortion implanted into them so they can save the fetuses?

There is a waiting list to adopt newborns.

The vast majority of kids enter the foster care system due to abuse or neglect. Once again you demonstrate what a clueless moron you are.

Why don't you clean up your shithole country that puts people in jail and seizes their property if they disagree with your cuck Dictator?

It's their choice to make. and it sure won't tie down the father either would it. No money, no marriage. Just exactly what the sperm donor wants.

here's a better question: what's the difference between the baby relying on his mother for nutrients outside the womb, rather than the baby relying on the mother for nutrients when inside the womb?

no she DOESN:T HAVE to raise that baby. There are organizations that will give these girls support throughout the pregnancy and find adoptive parents for that baby upon birth.

You know, this response basically says that it's okay for the government to intervene and make decisions on someone's behalf because there are various mechanisms in society that the individual should rely on instead. In other words, you're citing a collectivist mentality. Funny how the "conservative" position is all to eager to go collectivist for what YOU want, but has a melt down over wearing a mask to minimize the spread of a highly contagious virus that has caused a multi year pandemic.

If you can't trust a 16 year old to drink alcohol responsibly or sell them tobacco products or freaking vote for a candidate, how in the world can you trust them to deal with the complicated issue of adoption?

Adoption is only complicated for the adopting parents. The mother can just walk off.
