What they don't tell you is what was involved in each case. Judges hand out sentences based on a number of things: Past criminal history, repeat offenses of the same crime, how the suspect interacted with police when arrested, how they conducted themselves at the jail, how they dress for court, remorse or lack thereof when the judge addresses the subject.
