It wasnt until the end of the Vietnam war, that there was any concept of this nation and society failing bullshit that is "civil rights".
During the era in which also comprised World War 2, people had "constitutional rights"... that they earned by Graduating from High School, Turning 21 (NOT 18) Keeping a clean criminal record, and Joining the Military and paying Taxes and being in the United States legally, as prescribed by law.

The 18 bullshit didnt exist then.. 18 back then was as good as 9.

Your constitutional rights was not a birth right, it was privilege that was earned.

It wasnt until the end of the Vietnam War, that there was this bullshit about how people have their "civil rights" based on nothing but sole existence.

And what is the result ?

Chaos, Abuse of the System, and Usury.

"Liberties inherent in human nature" according to the Declaration of Independence. Anybody who thinks that "Civil Rights" have to be earned is a fool.

The declaration of independence is not the law, and never was a law.
And the Declaration is in reference to free people, and at the time it was written, free men.

Not just anybody.
