The statute the FBI used to base this raid on is one used 7 times in 50 years, never against a President...ever.

President Trump is considered the DECLASSIFYING AGENT for the information considered classified that the FBI was searching for.

Again, that means TRUMP could / did declassify the information, making possessing the info LEGAL.
