So... what CNN doesn't make obvious is several things...
1) The statue was erected without permission.
2) It was modeled after a black nationalist
3) It shows a depiction of a black nationalist, giving the raised fist which is a symbol of black power/nationalism.
OBVIOUSLY it should have been taken down.
