All I can say, after having written hundreds of meeting summaries and MFRs (memo for record) in the military. They are personal impressions of what was said, not necessarily actual facts of what was said. 10 people can hear something and come away with varying opinions of what they heard. No one is perfect. But as you said, time will tell.
