I bought some flour tortillas and make my own fajitas and burritos. Well you can also put some ham and cheese on them, roll them up and make a pinwheel. Not a lot of bread. I don't like corn tortillas. I bet they are better for you.
Virtually ALL corn is GMO.As of like 15 years ago.

Just look at those Very pudgy Amish Women.Who used to
a couple times a year go to places like Wal* Mart and set up
their big long tables and sell there food items outside the entrance.
Basically pastries and breads.They also weren't cheap.
Obviously tediously Homemade.But with basic ingredients to
the max like basic sugar and flour.
Those Amish woman were Way too heavyset and soft.
They never smoke or drink but those ingredients are life
threatening.A well covered fact until a couple decade ago.

I'm quite famaliar with places that maintain a Mediterranian diet.
Olive oil is healthy and necessary.But Olive oil is now commonplace.
It's hard to know good,fresh Olive oil from others.
Thers a guy on - You Tube - a doctor who knows the test
for establishing the worthiness of quality Olive Oil.
I have been using { Cooking,Sauteeing } with good Olive
oil for 3 decades now. I endorse Lucini Brand.
It has on the back label the date of Harvest and expiration
for use.
Easy test of quality Olive oil is to pour a shot into
a one ounce shot glass and drink.It should burn when
when going down.Not a rugged burn but quite noticeable.
Like Watching Trump lambaste Biden as if his Goose
is about ready to pull from the Oven.
