Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones arrested in Texas on misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated!

Do t matter he was under the limit .. he wasn’t drunk,, he was probably playing around.. we don’t need cops in America when we have guns
I showed you the law which indicates it does matter. Your ignorance will not help Jones escape justice.

What do you mean "escape justice"?

Can't you see the Reasonable Doubt in this case that exonerates Mr. Jones?
What reasonable doubt? He was clearly intoxicated according to the arrest record, which states he failed both "Walk & Turn" and "One Leg Stand" field sobriety tests and described his walking as "swaying" and noted his eyes were "glassy" and "watery."

According to Texas law, that indicates intoxication even if blood alcohol is below the legal limit of .080; which his was by the smallest margin possible at .079.

People can have "glassy or watery" eyes for reasons other than being loaded, and can observe to be "swaying" for other reasons as well.
They can, can they? Along with a blood alcohol level that's 0.001 point away from the legal limit?

:lmao:

No he won’t
I hope he won't since it appears he was driving drunk. You may not care but many thousands of innocent people are killed on our roads every year by shits like that driving drunk.
Well stop flooding our roads with nasty brown foreigners,, leave the roads for Americans
Oh? Let's see your evidence that most drunk drivers are "nasty brown foreigners"...
No we have no room

We need to see the dashcam video of him failing and stumbling through the field sobriety tests.

He was arrested because he failed the field test. He had to be taken in to get a BAC test.

I don't about Texas law, but in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, any driver can refuse a field sobriety test. However, it is illegal to refuse a chemical test for drunkenness if you are pulled over. Its what they call "implied consent".

Can I Refuse a Field Sobriety Test in Pennsylvania?
If you don't know about Texas law on the matter it's because you're dumb and lazy, an awful combination, as I posted a link to the law just a few pages back.

Do you fool yourself about other things too, like calorie counts and benefits of exercise and Trump popularity?

Go eat some spinach kid, try reading the rest of the thread posts before responding, and try to understand what part of someone's post people are responding to. Jit's "we don't need cops cops in America when we have guns" is what I was responding to. Get a clue. Jit ain't even licensed to carry, dude.
Here is what I said in two posts near beginning of thread

It did not say he failed a field sobriety test. The guy has allergies for all we know. Does not matter what the reading was at 11:59 or if it would have gone up more and 12:05. By those times he was not driving. Should have cut loose with a ticket if necessary for the 5 mph over, as if most of us are not 5 mph over much of the time, and told him his current BAC, and told him to go straight home, without causing himself to be pulled over on the way. [QUOTE

Jones has hired attorney David Minton to represent him. Minton, of the firm Minton, Burton, Bassett & Collins,

I'm just saying, the breathalyzer test will take precedence. Writing the ticket for DUI while recording 2 BAC's under the legal limit on a high profile subject is a dumb move. You know how it will look, the attention it will get, the kind of law firms that will be involved and the most probable outcome. Serve and protect, don't cost your department or the public more than it's worth.[/QUOTE]

Nope, I got it exactly right. Sadly for you, you choose not to go to the Texas website of online statutes but to remain ignorant of the law.
