So the Dems suggest not to give in to political pressure by applying...political pressure?

I don't know if there is a crime here or not, I do know, by some reports, there was a near mutiny against Comey by his own FBI agents when he wouldn't come out against Hillary. Apparently they were going to hold their own press conference to announce it.

Furthermore, if there is a crime, what do they expect the FBI to do? Look the other way and give the green light to every foreign nation to bribe and steal from America, laugh and burp in the FBI's face?

If a guy murders his wife, his co-workers don't tell the cops, "hey, wait another couple of weeks will you, he's working on a really big deal right now".
