The only real problem with this claim is that all of Trump's legal issues have been brewing for 2 years or more. They are not something new thrown together at the last minute to distract from something happening.

Unless your claim is they knew these things would come out a year or two ago and started all the grand juries just to be ready.

Trump's legal issues have been brewing ever since he announced his run for president in 2016 and the entrenched bureaucracy at the DOJ/FBI/DNC decided that he was a "loathesome human being," and that "we'll stop it," meaning his becoming president.

The current indictment-fest is a continuation of that process that incuded the now known to be completely fake Russia Colllusion investigations, the Ukraine telephone game impeachment, the Jan 6 impeachment, and the endless "we can't tell you because it's an ongoing investigation" investigations.

Are we supposed to forget about all that prosecutorial and investigative misconduct and pretend these are some new honest guys who are now running the op?

As Joe and Hunter's legal corruption is exposed at an increasing rate, the response of Democrats is to find ways to keep indicting Trump. Clearly, the idea is to distract from the Biden influence peddling ring.

The problem is that such moves only galvanize Trump's supporters. Meanwhile the ongoing corruption revelations, combined with Joe's recent history of denying any involvement with Hunter's business arrangements are swaying undecides away from Bideen, while weakening the resolve of biden's base, other than those whose vote for Biden was and will be motivated by Obsessive hatred for Trump.

Dumping Biden is not really an option, but it will have to come up now that reporters have woken up to the Biden corruption and are asking about it.

As soon as a Democrat of any stature brings up the idea, Biden's credibility will be damaged and it will likely snowball.

In the unlikely event that the decision is to go with another candidate, that will lead to a catfight between Kamala Harris and the incredibly racist Gavin Newsom. He is not incredibly racist now, but as soon as he tries to stop Kamala from inheriting the white house, he will be.

It is quite obvious that there is a two tiered justice system and one side is abusing their power to get Trump and clear themselves. Hell, they are even bringing up charges against Trump that include the death penalty. The farther they go with this while letting the Biden's off the more it smacks of abuse of power for political gain.
