Why are you saying Cruz is not "White"? I understand that he is Cuban/ or what you would call Hispanic....but Cubans are primarily White, Caucasian... There were no indigenous people in Cuba left for the Spanish to intermix with...thus, most of their population stayed Caucasian, with little mixture...
