The sad part is that there are always gullible Republicans who are willing to do it for them.They left out the word "uh" and repetitions of the same word and a cough. So it's not an exact copy of what was said. They only way you could have an exact copy is to have an electronic recording.This claim has been discussed ad nauseum and thoroughly debunked.It carefully notes it is not a verbatim transcript. In fact it is the sort of document guilty people would turn over.Haha! Yeah, guilty people turn over transcripts all the time....
