Do you remember when Merrick Garland was presented as a moderate?

It depends on the threat. If the threat is “if you do this we are going to kick you out of office and work to see that you never hold another public office” it’s proper and legitimate. If it’s “do this and we’ll kill you” it isn’t and should be reported to LOCAL law enforcement, not the friggen FBI.

Yeah but the FBI is much more intimidating, thus why they made this move...to intimidate any opposition.

School Boards are frequently faced with an out of control public who disrupt the meeting, refuse to be civil and threaten members.

Such actions should not be tolerated in public meetings

Rules of conduct should be established before the meeting and strictly enforced with zero tolerance
Does that extend to college campuses when a conservative speaker is going to give a speech?

Parents have a right to attend School Board meetings, speak their mind and raise concerns

They don’t have a right to disrupt meetings, shout down other speakers and threaten Board members.

Those who do need to be swiftly removed from the meeting
Zero tolerance for uncivil behavior
Again, does that extend to college campuses when a conservative speaker is coming to give a speech?

The FBI only gets involved if an outside group is disrupting the meeting.
Other than that, they offer guidance on how a School Board should respond and what remedies they have
It doesn’t matter if an outside group is disrupting or not. Local law enforcement is a local matter. The FBI should investigate crimes on federal property and Indian reservations or interstate crime only.

The wild and crazy guy recently assumed the radical stance of agreeing with the American People:

A majority of Americans disapproves of the Supreme Court’s recent decision to allow a ban on most abortions to take effect in Texas, with key aspects of the law — such as empowering private citizens to enforce it through lawsuits — proving overwhelmingly unpopular, according to a national poll released on Monday.
The Monmouth University Poll found that awareness was high about the Texas law, which prohibits most abortions after six weeks and is the most restrictive in the nation. The Supreme Court allowed the law to take effect on Sept. 1 in a one-paragraph decision on the case, though it said it would consider future challenges.
The law is notable because it allows private citizens to sue someone who helps a woman obtain an abortion, and an individual who wins an abortion lawsuit can collect $10,000. Seventy percent of Americans in the survey disapproved of having private citizens enforce the law, and 81 percent disapproved of citizens being eligible to collect a $10,000 payment, which critics have called a “bounty.” Overall, the poll found that 54 percent disagreed with the court’s ruling and 39 percent agreed.
The Supreme Court didn’t do that. All it did was refuse to deal with an attempt to sidestep the normal judicial process.

Why do I have to show that? The FBI was asked to look at those situations with school boards and law enforcement and determine a plan of action. Perhaps the plan will be to do nothing. Y’all are acting like they are arresting protestors. They aren’t.
The FBI is supposed to get involved when crime crosses state lines, not when it's a local issue.

FBI can become involved in any local matter if requested

Of course it does

If someone threatens a speaker law enforcement can get involved

Yeah but the FBI is much more intimidating, thus why they made this move...to intimidate any opposition.

You are making shit up
Read the memo

FBI is only meeting with local law enforcement

Guess what?
Nobody is saying it should be reported to the FBI

Doesn‘t that make you feel better?

And for what? because they attended meetings and wanted their concerns addressed?
Since you continue to post misinformation, I am not going to respond to it.
You have been told the truth and continue to respond with lies

School Boards are Government agencies whose members are being threatened
Any REAL American should be outraged
Outrage is irrelevant, they are LOCAL government agencies, no more a concern of the FBI than is the local Chamber of Commerce. This is a local concern and the FBI should not be involved.
