He won't be convicted of anything that applies to 14A. Even if they tried keeping him off the ballot, Trump would win in court. This is why even Democrats realize Trump will be the nominee and could win.

They don't have to keep him off the ballot, they don't have to win in court.....they just need the easy, fake conviction to turn him into even more poison for women and independent voters who will take the fake conviction as if it is real......that is the goal...get him nominated then ramp up the poison pill for women and independents.

But for the Country he should withdraw from the race....with all of his indictments and legal suits it is an embarrassment to the Nation and will cause nothing but division for this Nation and 4 years of him spending his time on fighting these cases and Retribution is just a complete waste for this Country to have to deal with all that Drama for 4 straight years.... One little morsel of hope: It looks like McCarthy is going to take on Gaetz and his fellow cavemen as they try to get rid of him.
