So where in the Constitution does it require the Federal Government to be involved in education? Care to post that section? I must have missed it. The Federal Government doesn't HAVE to get involved it WANTS to be involved. Or more accurately some PEOPLE want it involved. I don't. It's not good at it, and it's a waste of time, money and Government focus. It also makes people concentrate on who's running the Federal Government far too much. The reality is who's President should be far less important to everyone than who their Governor or State rep is.The Constitution is the prevailing document
States or local schools do not get to supersede it
