Donald Trump ‘strongly considering full pardon’ for Michael Flynn

This shouldn't surprise anyone.

Donald Trump is “strongly considering a full pardon” for Michael Flynn, his first national security adviser who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his dealings with the Russian ambassador before Trump took office.

Of course. If tRump admitted he deserved the conviction and prision sentence it's tantamount to admitting he deserves the same.

Not sure a president can levy fines but the DOJ owes Flynn a shit load of money. He lost everything over this bullshit.

Why would I be surprised? Instead of choosing to cover up what they have done, the FBI should have the integrity to stand up and resolve the corruption and biases by previous administrators and investigators.

If they can't police themselves, I would give them two days to get their agency in order or else start assigning so many special prosecutors to investigate them, that the news media couldn't keep up with it all.

If that doesn't work, then dismantle the entire agency and start from scratch.

Moral to Flynn's story: NEVER EVER trust the FBI if they say they want to casually talk to you WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY PRESENT!

Accepting a pardon is tacit admission of guilt. There will be no financial recourse.

He'll get all the "financial recourse" he can handle as guest on FOX News and FOX Business news. Maybe even CNN and MSNBC if you're lucky.

No surprise. It would be a nice gift for Putin if Flynn is pardoned. Expect it done.

So Flynn received a measly $34,000 to attend a gala event in Russia, and the event planner happened to seat him next to Putin?

Whoop de fuckin' do.

Want to tell us how much Hillary and Bill Clinton prospered from the dealings with Russia? Go ahead, take a lucky guess.

Yeah sure he plead guilty to lying to the FBI and actually met with Russian

He eventually admitted that he was instructed to engage with the Russians by senior members of the Trump transition team and let them know that Russian sanctions with the new regime was - "no problem here bro"

so what trump is saying that it is alright to lie and another strong case for why does the president have this power

okay that about par for Trump-up fake news and Flynn will still get his military pension pay based on being a general

but I would agree that he should serve no jail time as he is a solider and he was doing what he was told to do

now he can join Fox and have the Ollie and Flynn show where as former Army and Marine members can berate the Navy and Air Force and ask the question are they really a military force?

And if your attorney tells you to talk to the FBI, fire your attorney.

What many people do not realize is that nobody's memory is infallible. That is simply not how the brain works.

And technically, since making a false statement to an FBI agent is a crime, all a skilled, persistent (unbeknownst to the subject, some interrogations span the course of years) and unscrupulous FBI team of interrogators need to do to put your balls into a fucking vice grip, is take advantage of the fact that your memory is not infallible and manipulate you into contradicting yourself, just once, on any seemingly non-consequential trivial detail.

No matter how fucking smart and perfect you think you are, given enough questions during a prolonged interrogation, you will eventually get some piece of trivia wrong.

And that's a crime.

You just explained the entire results of the Mueller Investigation in terms so clear, that even an idiot could understand.

Thank you.
