Black Pastor: âBlack Lives Matter ⊠Begins in the Wombâ
By Penny Starr | August 13, 2015 | 3:35 PM EDT
Pastor and author Gerard Henry was so frustrated about the recent revelations documented in undercover videos of Planned Parenthood abortionists harvesting and selling organs of aborted babies and the recent failure of the U.S. Senate to take away federal funding from the organization that he made a video expressing his views on the matter.
Henry, former host of the BET gospel music program âLift Every Voice,â chided senators and even President Barack Obama for not facing the facts about the nationâs largest abortion provider.
Then he spoke to his own community, addressing the âBlack Lives Matterâ movement that took shape following the deaths of black men that involved white police officers.
âFor the African Americans who want to say âBlack Lives Matter,â well guess what? It begins in the womb when they matter,â Henry said. âAre we going to sit here and allow a particular party line to ignore funding half a billion dollars to an organization that was designed to exterminate you and your people?
âItâs ridiculous,â Henry said. âWe can no longer remain ignorant.
âIf our so-called African American leaders want to lead marches and protests as it relates to lives that have been taken by rogue cops and by racist cops â and thatâs real and that exists,â Henry said. âIf youâre going to honor Michael Brown and youâre going to honor some of these other individuals, why donât we start by marching in front of Planned Parenthood?
Henry ended his video by asking blacks to use their voice to speak out against Planned Parenthood, which according to its 2013-2014 annual report, its affiliated clinics around the United States performed 327,653 abortions that fiscal year â 20,000 more than the population of Pittsburgh, Pa.
ALL of it here:

Answer the question coward. Do you think Carson's research with fetal tissue to save lives was a good thing, or a bad thing?
It's OK when republicans do it.Dang, what a great title for an article.
"Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson on Thursday defended his past use of tissue from aborted fetuses for medical research even as he continued to criticize Planned Parenthood.
The retired neurosurgeon said his research, which took place in 1992, does not conflict with his call to defund Planned Parenthood after several undercover videos surfaced that purportedly show officials with the organization working with research companies using tissue from aborted fetuses."
The best part of this? Nobody on the sanctimonious anti-abortion right cares.
