Think about it, probably hundreds of award winning High School and college athletes have joined the Military to defend their Country and some come back wounded or in a box and ESPN presents it's "courage award" to a 65 year old transvestite now known as Catlin Jenner. How freaking insulting. No wonder today's kids are confused.

This girl had courage. She raised thousands of dollars for cancer research and showed true courage. Bruce Jenner is a whacked out loon.

Lauren Hill dies at 19 after battle with brain cancer

Lauren Hill touched a nation with her desire to play for Mount St. Joseph's women's basketball team, even as she battled an inoperable brain tumor.

Her resolve, spirit and courage were celebrated Nov. 2 when she realized her dream at Xavier University'sCintas Center. Cheered on by a sold-out crowd of 10,250 and a television audience, Hill scored the first and last basket of the Mount's 66-55 victory over Hiram College.

She passed away Friday at the age of 19.

If ESPN really cared about sports and courage they would find a different category for a former athlete who decided to mutilate himself/herself to conform to a fantasy. If ESPN cared about real heroes who battled the odds to become athletes they would have given the award to kids like Ms. Hill.

I look forward to the day when all the sports heroes are doped-up, chemically and surgically altered freaks.

Oh snap!

He was a decent choice. What hes doing is helping people who 41% attempt suicide at least once because of people who are evil and closed minded about them, like those above.

I hear the San Francisco 49ers are interested in interviewing Bruce for a Tight Ends or Wide Receiver Coaching position.

The transgender freaks attempt suicide because they are mentally ill perverts.

They need professional psychiatric help not idiotic awards. ......

Would you get a cage with Rhonda Rousey?

If you want to make a social statement about self mutilation and the fantasy voices in your head go go find the right venue to award the prize to the gangly former male athlete in a dress. If you want to talk about courage in sports there are hundreds of kids who battled the odds to become sports stars not to mention real heroes who left a promising career in sports to defend their Country.Too bad the executives in ESPN didn't have enough courage to stand up to the political pressure of the sodomite community and do the right thing.

ESPYS have turned into a joke. I love sports, but ESPN has turned them into a progressive circle-jerk! Turned it off after 20 mins.............didn't turn back.
