Alternative energy sources are fine. But the left wants to sacrifice what they now have in order to get what they believe is better. You don't lose what you have in order to get what you want. That is not only pure stupidity, it's downright dangerous in times like these.

As in shut down an uneconomical and poisonous coal fired plant. And we will not have to outlaw ICE's to relegate them to museums and collectors. The EV's will by 2025 be no more expensive than ICE, out perform them, be far less costly to operate, and require much less maintenance. People will freely choose them over ICE vehicles.

Well guys, sadly, EV's will not save the planet, they're not greatly better than ICE vehicles.

The European Energy Agency (EEA) report that an EV will produce 17% to 30% lower overall carbon emissions. That's right, a measly 17% to 30%.

So EV's have poor range, totally inconvenient on refueling, dangerous batteries not good for the environment, range anxiety and nose bleeding high cost, alarmists feel these are the planet saver?

It takes a lot longer to put up generating plants, and even now environmentalists are complaining about solar and wind farms damaging the ecology. They aren’t going to allow you to build the infrastructure to power tens of millions of electric cars.
