Fani Willis moves to quash subpoena for her testimony involving conflict of interest allegations…her lover’s divorce

:lmao:

Because Fani has nothing to offer in the way of testimony in a two year old divorce preceding that was initiated after Wade's ex wife's own affair. She testified in those precedings that her marriage was over so what business is it of hers or the courts if her ex is now dating Fani Willis?
Actually none.....but it is Fulton county's business.

Which they can decide when she's up for re-election. :dunno:
Not the misuse of funds they can't.... That goes right to the case at hand I'm afraid. The divorce proceedings inadvertently exposed the hanky panky apparently.... There is no way Georgia will let her or Big Nate finish this thing.

Yes quite
The Mueller Report did not find any evidence of collusion, but did find two main efforts by the Russians to interfere in the 2016 presidential campaign.

Again, not quite. It found numerous instances of Russian schemes to benefit the Trump campaign and numerous attempts from the Trump campaign to coordinate with Russia. He just couldn't establish willfulness or that the information they were trying to get from Russia was "a thing of value that exceeded $25,000, which I'm guessing is language from the statue.

These 11 Mueller Report Myths Just Won’t Die

To find conspiracy, a prosecutor must establish beyond a reasonable doubt the elements of the crime: an agreement between at least two people, to commit a criminal offense and an overt act in furtherance of that agreement. One of the underlying criminal offenses that Mueller reviewed for conspiracy was campaign-finance violations. Mueller found that Trump campaign members Donald Trump Jr., Paul Manafort and Jared Kushner met with Russian nationals in Trump Tower in New York June 2016 for the purpose of receiving disparaging information about Clinton as part of “Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump,” according to an email message arranging the meeting. This meeting did not amount to a criminal offense, in part, because Mueller was unable to establish “willfulness,” that is, that the participants knew that their conduct was illegal. Mueller was also unable to conclude that the information was a “thing of value” that exceeded $25,000, the requirement for campaign finance to be a felony, as opposed to a civil violation of law.

That would be up to the Georgia Bureau of Investigations to decide and they aren't even opening an investigation. :lmao:
