I don't know about the FBI, they always had a great reputation from what I've read. However, I know for certain Canadian policing is a racket designed for lies and misdirection. They've done such a horrible job (good for their bank accounts) that China AND Russia is operating ruthlessly in Canada, often for the purposes of a launching pad into the U.S.

The worst any officer can ever be is a liar and manipulator of facts. Not just morally, but also for the risk it creates when resources are applied to a problem that wouldn't have been without the "invisible guiding hand".

Great Public Relations. Not so much on the honesty and integrity front. In fact. Never in their history.
