When the wealthy get money, it's not government money, it's their own that they created.

They are only rebates if you put something into the system. 47% of Americans pay no income tax at all, and those are the people who definitely fall into the lowest category.

I don't want to hear about paycheck deductions as tax either. Outside of state and city, all federal deductions you get back and more if you live the average lifespan in the US.
