I'm not a Democrat...and the ones owning failure now are the Republicans that had 7 years to have a replacement plan ready to put in place when they got the power to do so... and after 2 months have just "given up" on fixing the problem they say is a complete failure. Six times yes that's correct. Let's walk through them.

1. Trump Taj Mahal 1991: racked up $3 billion in debt for the casino. After funding it with $1 billion in junk bonds to do the construction etc. This was at a 14% interest rate. Other investors got wiped out in this. Financial analysts were baffled why he would even do that. It was like asking to crash and burn. At one point his own father bought approx $3.3 (yep it wasn't just the initial $1 million he claimed) million in casino chips to help out. Didn't matter no casino could afford the daily intake of $1.3 million dollars net profit to even keep up with the payments. Not just bad business, bad math as well.
2. Trump Castle 1992: yep less than one year later he tanked again. Another gambling resort. Irony here was that this casino was in competition with the Taj Mahal in the same city. Pretty embarrassing that he couldn't even keep one of the two afloat.
3. Trump plaza and casino 1992: wait. Seriously? Yeah that's what I said. Right after filing at the Astor he filed for bankruptcy for this casino and plaza as well
4. Plaza 1992. No this is not the previously mentioned one. A different one and different paperwork. This is why the number is actually six. Most individuals file bankruptcy for themselves personally but he filed them for business ventures. This was a hotel in New York City. Gain. Preppy funded used bad rates. Threw too much money at something and created something too high priced for what people really wanted. A lot like the airline.
5. Trump hotels and casinos resorts 2004. Wow he was actually making it for almost a decade? Not really. By now most of us know that he uses these bankruptcies on his taxes to avoid paying taxes for large periods of time. That's how he's accrued a descent amount of wealth (no I don't think he's worth even a billion dollars. Would be hard to imagine when you finally realize what he claims his businesses pull in is a gross number. He never tells you the net amount. Matter of fact in those documents found in public access. Many of his businesses are actually losing money. So the next one is right around the bend. At least his kids can claim it was their fault. Although we all know it's really from previous poor management, funding, rates.
6. Trump entertainment resorts 2006: same one as above but now in a different name. No it shouldn't count as the other bankruptcy because now it's a completely new one. New paperwork new filings etc.

—-so what have we learned here? This is how this man makes money. Claims huge losses on his taxes so the money he does have coming in can't be taxed. Now if only the poor and middle class were allowed to do this on their taxes. I work a job that pays me $40,000 a year. I spend half on food car mortgage etc. so I have 20,000 income. If I can claim $20,000 lost then I wouldn't pay a dime. In reality it's doesn't work this way for small number and people. But believe me it is in fact setup so that large corporation and people can pull this off regularly. That's why the tax code is unbalanced. He even bragged about this. He makes money off bankruptcy. He won't release his taxes because people would shocked and abhorred that even a poor person pays more tax to the things we need (road and bridge maintenance, military that helps keep us free and safe, pays out politicians and sheriffs to do their jobs, etc) this is why we have to stop this bullcrap. I don't mind paying taxes. Libertarians are sometimes a bit extreme on it but we need taxes to pay for these essential things. It's about time the top one and two percent start kicking in their fair share. Even if you're not an extreme liberal about this it's only fair that people like Donald Trump kick in !!! ATLEAST!!! The same percentage. Maybe he will stop bankrupting things and putting Americans at those casinos and hotels out of work. (Along with the contractors he often stiffs paying).

McInerney believes when all of the evidence comes out, Obama will rue the day he decided to spy on Trump. Moreover, he said the democrats are chimping out and fabricating a Russian spy novel in order to avoid Trump investigating the Clinton server and how both Hillary and Obama violated the espionage act, a crime punishable by heavy fines and up to 10 years in prison.​

McInerney is one of the most respected people inside the beltway and if he spoke up then Obama is in deep doodoo.
