What is he supposed to do? Send the national guard to wage a war against the gangs? Chicago has allowed this problem to grow so far out of control that there are no easy answers. And it has not been talked about much because it's political incorrect to discuss the black on black violence.

It's not going to be easy. I can't imagine most Chicago politicians would take kindly to federal government having to do their job for them.

Does anybody think Martial Law is the solution to gun violence in the Windy City? Federal troops on street corners? The last time the Feds were called out to curb alleged gun violence they managed to kill 80 men women and children with tanks and poison gas in a little compound in Waco, Tx. . The obvious solution to Chicago's anarchy is to impeach the Mayor and bring in someone who can do the freaking job.

As it is, such zones are already illegal, in blatant violation of the Second Amendment to the Constitution.

What order do you think the President can give, that will be obeyed by those who will not obey the Constitution?
