That word is said in school thousands of times every day.Imagine if the girl said the word "God" in a public school
The instructor would have probably shot her dead.

So it's just because the teacher assistant was white and the student was black?Well unless something happened that they're not telling us (which I admit is a full possibility with the news media) then why else would the teacher target her specifically? True racism still exists among the white community, it's just scarce these days.
Not in vain silly. That word is said in school thousands of times every day.
Incidental touching is not assault. If the teacher truly physically touched her unprovoked then yes in my opinion because that qualifies as assault.

No, not in vain. Not in vain silly.
And not when the teacher is having their way with the students. No, not in vain.
No one?No one has a problem when blm tries to force people to go along with their fists in the air thing and say blacks are gods.
No sues when people tell others they are racist just for being white.
No one sues when people with maga hats get man handled or arrested or threatened.
No one cares about a lot of stuff, except when it can be perceived as a negative for white people or make America look bad.
Don't be disgusting. And not when the teacher is having their way with the students.
Oh barfThis instructor should be arrested.

Family suing Lexington One after an incident over the Pledge of Allegiance at school
15-year-old Marissa Barnwell says it was a normal morning at school until the Pledge of Allegiance started playing over the speakers as she was walking to class.www.google.com

True that's not acceptable behavior and no one should be forcing anyone to do anything but what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
Perhaps that poster has never actually heard the Pledge. What about "one nation under God" though?
Assault.Arrested for what?
That's what you would do if your child was shoved into a wall at school by a member of the administration?Gold-digging lottery mentality family.
Reporting and disciplining the teacher should be enough.
But this is like a whiplash claim.
Add false imprisonment to the charge.
We, at my school, say it (the Pledge) every morning. What about "one nation under God" though?
