Oklahoma law passed, 37 to 9 an amendment to place the Ten Commandments on the front entrance to the state capitol. The feds in D.C., along with the ACLU, said it would be a mistake. Hey this is a conservative state, based on Christian values...! HB 1330

Oklahoma recently passed a law in the state to incarcerate all illegal immigrants, and ship them back to where they came from unless they want to get a green card and become an American citizen. They all scattered. HB 1804. This was against the advice of the Federal Government, and the ACLU, they said it would be a mistake.

They have been called racist for doing this, but the fact is that ALL of the road signs are in English only. If you want to drive in Oklahoma , you must read and write English. Really simple.

Just this month, the state has voted and passed a law that ALL drivers license exams will be printed in English, and only English, and no other language. So I Googled the Supreme Court, typed in Obama-Kagan, and guess what?

The information you have posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed and the examples you gave are blatantly false. I went directly to the Supreme Courts website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that the article made reference to.

She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. He owed her big time. All of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American people mean nothing any longer. It's all about payback time for those who compromised themselves to elect someone who really has no true right to even be there.

And the ignorant idiocy of a sovereign state violates the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution, where states and local jurisdictions are subject to the Constitution, its case law, Federal laws, and the rulings of Federal courts (Cooper v. Aaron (1958)).
Consequently, advocacy of such measures do indeed violate the rights of individuals, and represents the ignorance of, and contempt for, the Constitution and its case law common among most conservatives.

Always happy to have this debate with Conservatives.... Especially since many (if not all) conservatives love to try to portray themselves as sleeping under the Constitution at night and never leaving their home unless cloaked in it. And nowhere in it is there a national religion mentioned.
