comey said she was extremely careless....that was extremely loose on his part, extremely careless would have been thousands of top secret emails out of her 30k to 40k of emails being on her server, instead there were only 7 email chains of her staff discussing things that the IC says is top secret, while Hillary and team wants the emails released to show how they were not T/S.... extremely careless would have been removing top secret documents on defense from their proper place and leaving them in an unlocked briefcase at a Chinese Restaurant....

7 email chains out of 40000 emails and 4 years in office, just does not cut it as 'extremely careless' or GROSS Negligence nor shows intent to share docs with the enemy...it shows that all precautions were taken to not have top secret info on her server...otherwise, as said, she would have had thousands of them that her and her staff discussed daily on their UNCLASSIFIED Systems....her and her staff obviously USED the secret and top secret accounts inhouse at the State Dept to discuss secret and top secret info.
