And of course, The Bloviator, Donald Trump, urging all kinds of mayhem. With these "influential" people urging the unhappy people in the U.S. to arm, is it any wonder?

“Shooting to wound” is only for bad movies and TV shows, not for reality. If the situation is serious enough that one us justified in the use of a firearm, you do not ever aim for a limb, hoping to disable the mope. You'll most likely miss, and risk the safety of bystanders from your stray bullet. You aim for center of mass.
