Hate crimes dropped against black teens who attacked white couple

"....while yelling racial slurs...."

WHAT?????

Still has to be proved....maybe the witnesses recanted or are not reliable. I would like to think that if the evidence had been good enough, they would still tack on the "hate crime" charges.

Strange how some hate crimes don't seem so hard to prove!

It's a political decision to allow/encourage violence against whites.

See my sig.
Offers some clarification!
LOTS of hate crimes cannot be proved beyond a reasonable doubt. We frequently hear about charges, but don't hear much about convictions....there is a reason for that. Intent much be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

******* always get a get out of free card when it comes to this shit.

So first we get some sock puppet calling himself 'National Socialist' when he is in all likelihood a fucking Democrat trolling around to discredit conservatives and anyone opposed to our reigning dictator Obama.

Now good people like you are going to start dropping N-bombs all over the place?

How does that help you advance your point of view?

Don't be an idiot and try to avoid outrageous buzz words that discredit the rest of us that would normally agree with you; how about that, huh?

YOU want to clean up board language??

Eat shit Pogo, you fucking liar.

Notice you are in fine company here, you fraud.

Whitey just needs to take their beating and not make a big deal about it....

Bunch o pussies. lol

Surprised the DA jut didn't drop the charges and have the white couple apologize for damaging
the youths fist with their face...

Hate crime intents are often hard to prove. Looks like the DA wanted to go for the crimes that could be easily proved and not waste taxpayer money and time with the extra, hard to prove, crimes.

So how many successful hate crime cases have there been this year where a black was convicted of committing a hate crime against a white?

Yeah, I didn't think so.

Why don't you google it?

They were shouting racial epithets whilst initiating a violent assault.
If a white gang did such a thing the hate charge would stick.
Whites don't engage in these violent race attacks scores of times every day.
Blacks do.

Who says they were? The witnesses have to be reliable in such a case. How do you know that they did shout racial epithets? What exactly did they say? Who heard it? Can it be identified who said what exactly? These are the kinds of things that have to be answered beyond a reasonable doubt. How do you know it can be?

What, the word of the victim isn't enough, lol, you libtards are such fucking hypocrits.

Was it the victims only that heard it? What about other witnesses? Who exactly said what to whom? These things have to be clearly answered in a court of law with NO hesitation. Maybe the prosecutor couldn't get affirmative evidence like that.

You know, its kinda like rape 'victims' that never lie when they identify their rapists, dudette.

Some do. So....when did you get to hear all the evidence the grand jury did when they made their decision?

I think I just doubled my investment.

"Hate crime intents are often hard to prove."

Rather than pretend that we can read minds, former NYC Mayor Ed Koch once suggested that we call a 'hate crime' any crime committed by a member of one race against a member of another race.

If we must have what is obviously subjectivity based definitions of 'hate crimes'...the OP a case in point......

...Koch's suggestion makes the most sense.

Lots are hard to prove.
The vast majority in fact!
Black on white hate is very hard to prove when the AG is hostile to the idea of whites having rights!!
Violence against "breeders" in P Town also seems hard to prove!!
Difficult to find in the media too, oddly enough.

A gay waiter not getting a tip however, that's national news!!

There is an epidemic of anti white race crime in the USA today.

No it doesn't. Hate crime charges are based on being able to prove intent. That isn't always easy to do.

Didn't you see this in the OP:

In that light, your post flies in the face of reality, doesn't it?

Would having same notarized have done it for you?
