My wife has, while I stood guard. The womens was out of service.

I have. I was at a restaurant where each bathroom was just one room and when I came out of the men's room, a man was waiting for it. I told him that I was sorry and I told him why I was in there which was because someone was in the ladies room and I couldn't wait. He didn't say anything.

Don't think it's so much cross dressers as chick's who really have to Wizz and dudes who most of the time have to take a massive emergency crap.
