The pictures lack detail in that most of the dead fetuses will be stillborn children or perhaps pregnancy complications that dictated the lives of mothers be saved.

Pictures like those shown in this thread make it hard to make the case that the being inside a woman "just a clump of cells" or isn't a baby.
