So, you're saying that when the DOJ raids Biden's home and takes back classified documents, that's not chargeable but when the DOJ raids Trump's home and takes back classified documents, that's chargeable.

The DoJ didn’t raid Biden’s home. Biden asked them to come to his home and take any documents that belonged to the government.

Trump’s home was raided because he did exactly the opposite. He obstructed the DoJ’s attempt to retrieve documents that belonged to the government.

1) The Documents were planted. In this scenario the documents were still classified, but were planted by the FBI to “Get Trump” or something.

The Special Master demanded information on this claim. Trump responded by demanding the Judge quash the request from Special Master. Apparently Trump didn’t want to go on record with the claim.

Now you see the beginning of the problem. If Trump did declassify the documents as President, then they were not planted by the FBI. There was no crime because the Documents were not classified.

Ok hold on. If the documents were declassified there is no reason to worry or even take the effort to secure them. Declassified documents are subject to public disclosure. So why lock up declassified documents?

4) All the Government had to do was ask to get the documents back.

Well what documents? According to Trump the documents were planted, declassified, and for some inexplicable reason also secured. This one also ignores the subpoena that was responded to with the claim there were no more documents that were classified.

After the indictment, Trump again claimed the documents were planted. See Truth number one again.

So I need some help. Which truth is actually true? As you can see. Each one kind of eliminates the others.

Bottom line is, the raid on Biden's home found classified documents and the DOJ took them back. Same exact thing happened at Trump's home, the DOJ raided, found documents, and took them back. One person was indicted and the other person was not. And, if Biden asked them to come then it really wasn't a raid then, they lied to us about Biden's home being "raided", now didn't they?

Here's the truth:

Bill Clinton can hide government secrets in his sock drawer and not be charged because he is allowed to take any government information he wants.

Hillary Clinton can purposely delete 30,000 emails against a subpoena and purposely destroy records on devices and not be charged.

Joe Biden, after being found to have classified documents in New Jersey that he had taken for decades, months later was found to be hiding more classified documents in his home garage. The DOJ raided that home and took back classified documents he had been hiding and Biden was not indicted.

The DOJ raids Trumps home, takes classified documents he had been hiding, and is indicted.

We have a weaponized DOJ that makes decisions due to political bias.

Simple, it's nothing but a Dem WITCH HUNT BS indictment. Let's start with the precedents, blatant breaking of these same laws by Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden, a total pass given. As POTUS Trump has legal rights to documents neither of them had. Bill Clinton's handling of classified docs also was litigated and the court found that under the 1978 Presidential Records Act he was within his rights because that act gives the POTUS and former POTUS broad rights to these documents. Also the act has no criminal provisions, a POTUS basically gets a fine if they screw up.

So in Trump's case they are twisting the law into a pretzel trying to 'get Trump' at any cost. They are trying to argue that he broke the 1917 Espionage act, which wasn't even written to apply to a POTUS. The later 1978 Presidential Records Act pretty much says the 1917 Espionage Act doesn't apply to a POTUS. This wasn't shared with the grand jury, shocker there.

When Trump's legal team and the SCOTUS get hold of this laughable witch hunt it's going to get tossed. Dem's know this, winning is not the intention. Trying to RIG the 2024 election and smear Trump is.
