FEMA's Disaster Recovery allocation from the continuing resolution passed on Sept 25th will do until the congress reconvenes after the election. I doubt there's a shortfall but even if there is, Biden has proven his adept ability to spend government money that he doesn't even have. They did that 2 weeks ago appropriating $20 billion for disaster relief. None of which went to illegal aliens or legal migrants.

Now they're asking for more because that $20 billion was not enough to get through all of hurricane season and Florida is gonna be hit in a couple of days by a major hurricane.

Those “huge sums” aren’t all that huge as compared to FEMA’s disaster relief funds. No more than a percent or two of the total. Those sums were also approved by Congress, last in 2023.

Biden can’t do anything here. It’s up to Congress to act but so far they’re too busy on vacation to be bothered with it.
