Most poor with children have negative skin in the game, they pay no taxes and still get welfare through the tax system. That's called wealth redistribution and it's unconstitutional.

Many of the loopholes that the truly affluent, corporations enjoy were written during the Summers/Clinton/Greenspan era...so... as well as Obama had a super majority for enough time to do many things...but yet...he did not...well..except continue to escalate and provide taxpayer funded interest free loans to the same super wealthy companies.

You can say that, and nobody can say your are, in an absolutist sense, wrong. What one can say is that Obama, like all other Presidents, can only get passed what Congress is willing to pass and if one thinks that sitting members of Congress are going to trash the monied hands that make their re-election campaigns possible, one is incredibly naive.

The only way that sort of thing is really going to happen is when the "regular people" in the electorate make campaign reform and tax reform "make or break" issues for every elected representative's re-election. Once elected officials realize that they cannot expect to return to Washington and their respective Statehouses, and once their monied sponsors realize that it's cheaper to support "the people" by funding candidates (or funding none) who may not reliably vote in their favor, than it is to promote their own interests to the exclusion or detriment of "the people," then there will be action on that front.
