1. Was it to deter worldwide aggression by other countries?

3. Was it to accomplish regime change in Russia?
4. Was it to militarily defeat Russia?

If you cab think of other objectives, please add them to this list. I don't think any of them are achievable or justify US involvement in a foreign war.
