The republicans will continue to get younger voters because they're very good at getting their message out. Democrats are not too good at getting their message out since there aren't that many liberal democrats anymore to begin with , and very little liberal media. Since so many young people don't read anymore, media such as fox so called news and hate radio will surely enlist many of the not too bright. The new teapub majority will reward them by eliminating programs like Pell Grants. Some of the brighter ones will soon begin to understand what republicans have to offer. Nothing nothing nothing, but tax cuts for billionaires and corporations.

It's come to the point where Americans prefer nothing to massive taxation and redistribution programs.

The DEM shift in the Senate in 1958 was more than THREE times the GOP shift this time around. The GOP picked up 9 seats in 2014. The DEMS picked up 29 seats in 1958.
