You would think at this point, they would take him to a facility where they could put him into a chair or onto a table where he can be restrained via other methods. When are these idiots going to wake up to the fact that their methods are not humane, and are dangerous? There's a million of them all working for various depts across this country running 24/7 365 days a year, with thousand of encounters every day.
