Biden's ignorance is no excuse.The only difference between Biden and Trump in this case, aside from the uneven application of the law by the DOJ, is that Biden qualifies to plead ignorance because he IS an imbecile. Trump, on the other hand, is smart enough and innocent enough to take on this frivolous DOJ attempt to besmirch him.

They're not the same: President Biden did not take classified documents to his family home - trump did; When the documents were discovered, and trump claimed he declassified it, he made an attempt to coverup. He also didn't release other classified documents when others had been found.So, it's okay for Democrat Presidents to break the law but not Republican Presidents. When Trump was found to have confidential documents at his place, there's a big raid with the media all over it. When it's Biden, it's a nothing burger... Oh, the hypocrisy!!!

A VP cant declassify materials like Trump could. Biden took SCI documents as a VP without executive privilege, Trump took declassified documents as a President with executive privilege. I know, i know, "Trump cant declassify things like that". Yes he absolutely can and he did. Trump will never be charged for those documents because of that fact.How is it worse?
