There is no need to rely on "the transcript." Problems have already been raised about lapses in it and it always has been in the hands of the current administration.
Focus on the original recording that was moved to the more secured server. People on the National Security Council and the House Intelligence Committee presumably have the necessary clearances and it should be turned over for their scrutiny to determine what actually should remain classified as posing a security risk.
