Furthermore, when most surgical abortions occur, we are NOT talking about “a few cells.” By 8 weeks, all the organs are present, you have a beating heart, brain, arms, legs, most definitely not a “few cells”.... The baby is only a few cells immediately after conception, and most women not planning a pregnancy don’t even know they’re pregnant until many weeks later.
