Let's say an alien race goes around the universe judging every intelligent sentient species according to whatever moral or legal code they have as part of their first contact protocol. (apologies to "Red Dwarf" and their Inquisitor character heh.)
Would our being judged by our various religions be good or bad for those subscribing to those religions? If not part of a religion you're judged by your country's secular legal system. If religious, by that standard. Full religious law is imposed, every sin uncovered, applicable extenuating circumstances, affirmitive defenses allowed, etc. Perfect revelation (via telepathy say,) perfect impartiality, and perfect adherence to whatever legal system is in play.
Is this good for you, or bad for you?
