If someone in this country is on no fly list as suspected terrorist-is that proof he is and therefore can be stripped of his rights even if NEVER charged and convicted of any crime? A foreigner on no fly list isn't going to be allowed entry -so we are talking about stripping Americans of their rights without government having to prove they are guilty of a fucking thing. You watch how fast "possible terrorist" is expanded to include all sorts of Americans who oppose radical left agenda and are registered gun owners.
