I've always said, Democrats are checkers players and Republicans are chess players. Democrats don't think of their moves ahead of time, they just make moves that they feel benefit them at the moment.

They hounded Trump for six years and now that the tides have turned, complaining that Republicans will use their time and power to seek revenge. Well.....why didn't your leaders think of that before they went after him like they did? Biden was on television after the Mar-A-Lago raid shooting off his mouth about how irresponsible Trump was to have classified and top secret documents at his home. Whooops! And then there is what he said amid the covid crisis under Trump when we hit 200,000 dead Americans. He said any President that would allow that to happen should step down from his office. In the end there were more Americans that died from covid under his administration with three vaccines than under Trump with no vaccines.

So it's a tough call to say what they may do.
