That’s part of the clandestine issue of red tape death angel. The not knowing what we have & the horror stories of those caught in healthcare bills between seemingly arbitrary & whimsical insurance & denial systems...that red tape & concurrent fear system is what keeps patients home in danger when they should be seeking treatment.
