If you are convicted of articulating that you care more about another country than the United States, you are DEPORTED TO THAT COUNTRY.



This way, Ms. Omar would be punted back to Somalia....

and ALL SUBS would be deported to ISRAEL.


And THAT would truly MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!!

Treason is making war against the United States. Its the only crime defined by the constitution itself.

Nothing you've described is treason. Or even close. Nothing Ilhan Omar has said is treason.

And the 1st amendment explicitly forbids the government for punishing someone for free speech.

Because "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press;" is pretty clear.

You can't violate the 1st amendment. Even if you create a new law.
