Is Braggs stretching it with a felony?

LOL. Everything I posted is true.
You are putting all of those things on the Democrats.

That is what is untrue.

No, there is no "obsession" in getting Trump. There is Trump's obsession in getting away with getting away with things other citizens would have been put in prison already.

No obsession with getting Trump? Seriously? Most of the public believe this latest thing is politically motivated, including Democrats.

No. It is not politically motivated.

There is the rule of law. And there is Trump.

Trump finally met the Rule of Law. And it is the first of many which will be coming in the next months.

Break the law. There are consequences.

Trump is above the law? No. But he wishes he were, or could be. Now he is finding out that he is like any other citizen of the country that the laws also apply to him.

Of course it is politically motivated. Anyone can see that. If you could get him for jaywalking you would do that.

Evidently in NY, one misdemeanor plus a related misdemeanor equals a felony. So commit the first one, cover it up with a second one, and it's a felony.

Yes, this feels like a stretch, and this is a really bad time for a stretch. We'll see what comes out in court.
What was the first one?

Dude ran on getting Trump, Simp.

But it’s not political?

Do you know NY's laws? Why assume that Braggs got it all wrong?

There is still going to be a trial. This is not the end of it. Either it can all be proven or he will walk, not guilty.

There may not be a trial. The judge could grant Trump's motion to dismiss.

Not a chance.
^ Qualified by whether or not elected judges (in this case one appointed criminal court judge acting as a NY Supreme Court justice) is able and willing to put Democrat partisan politics aside and render a fair and honest decision based on the actual facts of this case and in the law.

People that call me derogatory names usually wind up getting their mother talked about.
Look at Bumbling Stumblefuck ^ bragging about intentional violation of the Board rules. What a tiny dick little dope it is.

Paying someone to keep your business private isnt illegal. All Trump has to say is, "I didnt want my wife and the public to find out. That would be embarrassing". There is no way to disprove it. Unless Bragg has a mind reading machine, this goes nowhere.

He doesn't need a mind-reading machine, he has Cohen and a boatload of documentation to back it up.

Only in you fever dreams, and how the FUCK would you know that anyway?

Talk to some of your fellow right wingers who are supporting DeSatan or even whining that this indictment makes it harder for him to get the primary.

The ironic thing is sensible Republicans know that Trump is bad for the country, know he's bad for the party... but they are too scared to call him out and end up like Liz Cheney.

Go ahead and pin your hopes on Cohen. Which version of the story will he vomit up despite the letter he signed saying Trump knew nothing about that payment?

Quietly, half the Republican party is hoping Trump Get convicted.... you guys need to look at your own.
They defend him publicly but for the most part they're silently praying that Bragg, Jack Smith & Fani Willis buries Trump so they'll finally be rid of him. Then you have his asseaters like Gym Jordan,,Graham etc who still love him.
